Sea Watch 317 is a 2 bedroom plus den (with accordion door) , two bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor on the south side of the building. No need to wait for elevators as this beautifully maintained condo is conveniently located on the third floor; low enough for a quick trip down the stairs to get to the beach, playground and pools but high enough to enjoy beautiful views of the beach. Unit 317 has two updated baths with beautiful tile work, new kitchen with stainless appliances, ample quartz counter space and extra storage for all your groceries is located on the desirable south side of the building. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom, extra long twin over queen bunk bed in 2nd bedroom, and trundle bed with two singles in the den.. It is equipped with a fully remodeled kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, cable TV on 4 flat screen TVs with DVDs (including a Roku smart TV), and free WiFi throughout the condo. Limit of 7 people. Parking: Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $55.00 (cash) or $60.00 (credit card) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30 paid to Sea Watch at check in. The condo has been recently updated, along with size appropriated furnishings. Condo can be used a true 3rd bedroom with privacy. A very efficient condo, makes for a great vacation stay. A true gem.

The rental was amazing. Very clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very nice. The AC went out on our second to last day there and we had to leave the sliding doors open for air movement. Which wasn’t too bad with the exception of a couple noisy neighbors that didn’t abide by the noise ordinance. Overall our family had a great time in the room and on the grounds of the condo.
