Senior Week Polices:
1. Each senior must sign the lodging agreement and a parent will be required to sign a separate addendum (Links: Group Lodging Agreement and Parent Addendum).
2. Everyone in the party will be required to sign house rules (Links: House Rules).
3. Everyone in the party must be present at check-in with a photo id. Absolutely no late check ins. No keys will be given out unless everyone is present.
4. The security deposit is $100 per person (minimum $500) and is refundable provided there are no damages.
5. Seniors are required to check in first at our main office regardless of which building their Ocean City senior week rental is in.
