The owners have painted the entire unit, new flooring throughout, new artwork and bedding. The Swathmore is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, mini golf, grocery stores and much more. Just a few short blocks to the beach. Swathmore has a large fully stocked kitchen, seating at the bar and a large dining table. The main bedroom has its own bathroom and has a king sized bed, flat screen TV with cable. The second bedroom has a queen bed, smart flat screen TV with streaming capabilities (no cable). The last bedroom has a queen and a single with a smart flat screen TV with streaming capabilities (no cable). The living room is spacious and has a large sectional sofa with plenty of seating and a smart flat screen TV with cable. Parking for 2 cars, Sorry No Pets. This unit does Flex Stays, any three days! We enjoyed our trip. The house had plenty of space for us. It was close to all of the places we enjoy and the grocery store. I felt a little uncomfortable with cameras on the deck.

Easy check-in, easy check-out. Keyless entry was extremely convenient. Cute place. More spacious on the 1st floor than the pics show. Quiet neighbors. Place is 2/3 updated. Kitchen is really the only thing that needs updated. We would definitely stay here again
