Even Keel 401 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 4th floor (the building does have an elevator). There is a full kitchen, central air conditioning, washer & dryer, 2 TV’s, 1 DVD player, and free WiFi. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the guest bedroom, and a full sleep sofa in the living room. There is parking for 2 vehicles. No smoking and no pets. Limit of 8 people. During the peak season, this property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. The owner pays for linens for full week rentals only (full sheet set for all beds, and full towel/wash cloth sets for 6 people; includes delivery and pick-up). CONTROL#007286

Three week vacation stay at Even Keel 401 was wonderful. We love the location and the view. Nice touch with the updated kitchen and large tvs in the master bedroom and living room. Would recommend this condo to all.
The condo was ideal. Very clean and spacious. All the amenties were great, but they should get rid of the bar top table and chairs on the patio because they are falling apart and dangerous. I look forward to renting this condo next year.
