Century I 1014 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 10th floor. You enter on the ocean-side of the building and go downstairs to the main floor. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy beautiful beach and ocean views from your oceanfront living room balcony, and watch stunning sunsets on the bay from your downstairs bedroom balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with dishwasher, a stack washer and dryer, central air, 2 TV's, and 1 DVD player. Just a few blocks away is a large grocery store, discount department store, and some excellent restaurants, whether you're looking for fine dining or just a quick bite! No smoking and no pets. Parking for 1 car. Limit of 6 people. $30 Building Registration Fee due at arrival (cash or credit). If needed, you can purchase 2nd car parking spaces on a first-come first-served basis for $10 a day or $50 a week. Additional parking is also available in the Municipal Parking Lot directly across the street, also for $10 a day or $50 a week. During the peak season, this property rents for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. Flex stays are available in the off-season with a 3-night minimum.
