Sea Watch 800 is a four bedroom, three bathroom condo located on the 8th floor directly facing the ocean. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, queen a + bunk bed (two twins) in 3rd bedroom, queen + bunk bed (2 twins) in 4th bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 5 flat screen TV’s, 3 DVD players, and wifi. Limit of 12 people. Parking for 2 cars. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $55.00 (cash) or $60.00 (credit card) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30. CONTROL#0068002

We vacationed here in July 2023. There were 10 of us and we really enjoyed the extra space and the 3 bathrooms were much needed! My kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. My favorite part was the large patio.

This rental was amazing! So clean and well kept. Plenty of room for everyone that we vacationed with. The patio was breathtaking, spacious, and the patio furniture was used frequently to sit and listen to the waves crash. It was our first family vacation with our son and he was in awe of the views. The amenities were fantastic and the quick access to the beach and pool were so wonderful! We will definitely be back and will look to stay in this condo again. I cannot say enough good things about it.

The Seawatch is an amazing building. However this rental property is in poor condition. Mold on all the bathroom ceilings. Locks on two out of 3 bathrooms were broken. Broken furniture on the balcony that my elderly step dad sat in and fell. Just not as pictured fully.

10 years ago, my momma was diagnosed with Dementia due to stroke and we decided to care for her in our home. She has seizures and needs special accommodations that make it difficult to travel with her. I, my husband and kids have not experienced a family vacation that included all of us since taking over her care..one of us is always missing. My dream was to go to the ocean before my two teens grew up and moved out. My 80 yr. old mother-in-law lives in CA. Widowed 5 years ago, she comes out here to MD. to stay with us at least twice a year. This condo had everything we could dream of and more!
Our family enjoyed the week. Comfy, roomy and accomadating.
