Sea Watch 1111

Very nice unit. The fans in the bathrooms were extremely loud, but otherwise the unit was very nice.

They say that the three most important aspects of real estate is location, location, location! That’s why I keep coming back to 1111 Sea Watch. The balcony is one unit back from the beach, it has a comfortable bed, a bathroom and running water! It has been well maintained for the years that I’ve rented it. I usually come by myself and that’s done wonders for my sanity. The gang at Century 21 are always helpful and friendly and my stay there is one I always look forward to!

Our vacation rental was very nice and suited our needs for a party of seven.

The only downside of this beach trip was the chaos of unloading the car after you arrive at Sea Watch (this does not include check in with property mgmt, that went very smoothly). Everything else was as expected, working, clean, and very professional.

We had a great time in OC, the room was clean and it served us well. The only complaint was that the pull out couch in the den was unusable. We had another family member bring us a blow up mattress to use. The other furniture was great and the refrigerator had an ice maker which was a bonus. Overall the room was great.

We have stayed in this condo for 5 of last 6 years. It feels like home away from homes.

I love the location and that's the most important criteria for any real estate.
The condo has had some much needed upgrades. New balcony furnature, flooring, microwave and refrigerator. Although the new refrigerator had an ice maker it did not work. Spent a quiet vacation enjoying the ocean view, was treated to amazing sunrises each morning and great weather to match. I'll keep coming back as long as my retirement budget will allow.

We did not stay in the Sea Watch Unit 1111 due to condo issues. Century 21 New Horizon's representative, Barbie, did an excellent service by providing the Bahia Vista 408 condo as an alternative. As this was the first time we stayed on the bay side, we were unsure of what our experience would be like. It was excellent!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the area, the sights in the bay (including dolphins) and the walks we took to the beach. Our preference remains to be on the ocean side; however, we learned that the bay side also has an attractiveness. By the way, the condo (408) was beautiful. Thanks to Barbie for facilitating a very enjoyable stay for our entire family!

Loved this condo. Right on the beach. View from the balcony was amazing. Unit is clean and comfortable. Many amenities for kids. Will stay here again.
