Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, you don’t need to leave your balcony to watch the weekly fireworks in the summer… and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park. The unit is walking distance to Alley Oops, the Crab Bag, and Montego Bay shopping center with the new Liberatore’s!
Braemar Towers 304 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of the north tower, overlooking the pool/tennis courts. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 2 TV's with Roku streaming, 1 TV with cable, 1 DVD player, and WIFI. There is a beach locker with a few beach chairs and equipment available for guest use. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Limit of 6 people. There is a $75 Common Area Usage Fee (Credit Cards or Checks Accepted, NO CASH!) for reservations up to a week. If reservation is multiple weeks there is a $75 per week fee due at arrival (Credit Cards or Checks Accepted, NO CASH!) Parking for 1 vehicle. CONTROL#0044054 This unit rents for Flex Stays (this means any 3 days in a row). The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included.

After staying in many VRBOs in the US and in Europe, I was a bit disappointed with this unit. The first issue was an additional $75 maintenance fee I needed to pay for a 3 night stay. This was a hidden fee and since I couldn't really change places, I was stuck with the fee when checking in. The unit was clean although some more dusting could help. The kitchen was clean. I've always had a roll of paper towels in the kitchen when we've arrived. It would have been helpful to keep the place clean during our stay. There was one garbage bag for our stay and we ended up stacking cardboard garbage off to the side. The toaster didn't completely - only one of the slots toasted. The sliders did not slide easily and we were informed at check in that they would be changed soon. The balcony was very nice with a great view of the ocean. Place was quiet and the pool was nice. Grounds were nicely kept - my $75 at work!

Great time. Unfortunately, we had a broken air conditioner one night but the staff was very supportive and compensated us appropriately for the inconvenience

Nicely furnished. Sliding door to balcony is difficult to open. Master bed mattress could be replaced because only moderately comfortable. Minor master bathroom issues like towel rack not straight and medicine cabinet doesn’t stay closed. Chef’s knife not sharp and didn’t spot a sharpener. Would have been nice to have been left dishwashing soap and dish towel.
