Braemar Towers 0609

Only one suggestion the shower needs to be updated hard to use and a grab bar would be helpful . This is a great place a would stay again next year thanks for the gift basket from the owners .

We are so happy we chose to stay in unit 609. The condo was very clean and the furniture was nice. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the owner was very generous in providing the linen package. I would highly recommend this unit. Great location, and very close to Northside Park where we took our small kids every day. Can't wait to go back!

This was and is our annual summer vacation, the weather was Great. The Braemar Towers was Surprisingly Very Nice.

This was the first year my family wasn't sharing a condo and we choose this one as our own. We are a family of 4. First year we fly in and the provided linen service was perfect for our situation. There was also a Wii which was great for two boys! Appliances are all up to date along with kitchen countertops. It will definitely be our first option next year.

We had a great rental experience after some problems entering the condo. Our key did not work, we spent about 1/2 hour ourself trying and then decided to call the rental office. They sent someone very quickly and she tried a few keys and also could not get in the condo. Someone else came pretty quickly and had many more keys to try, she eventually got a key to work, but admitted the lock needed a locksmith to work on the lock. Again the locksmith came pretty quickly. However this took about 2 hours of waiting. Then upon entering the person, I believe her name was Paula realized the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned, she then got housekeeping to clean the condo. All of this took approximately 3 hours. We then were able to unpack and get settled. However after all of this time, we were able to enjoy the beautiful condo and did not have any more issues. We have used Century 21 a few times and this is the first time we have had any issues.

I along with my family have been coming to OC since the late 50's. Have seen many changes during this time period. We have been staying at Braemar since late 70's excellent location. Great pool, ocean is at your door step. It's a annual trip.

This rental was perfect for our memorial week stay. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The owners thought of everything! I’ve already requested the same week next year!
