This three bedroom, two bath direct oceanfront condo is located on the 6th floor of the north tower. There is a king bed in the main bedroom, 1 queen in the second bedroom , a 1 full bed in the third bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy beautiful ocean and beach views from the oceanfront balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 3 Smart TV’s, and free fast WiFi. Includes a storage locker downstairs to store your beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. Limit of eight people. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Deeded under building 1 private parking space. The owner pays for your full linen package for your stay for full weeks only. There is a $75 Common Area Usage Fee (Credit Cards Accepted, NO CASH!) for reservations up to a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Braermar Condos. We rented two condos for a family of 10. The location was wonderful and within walking distance to several restaurants. Both condos were well appointed and very clean. It was especially convenient to have on-site check-in. Plenty of parking as well. The view from the condos was spectacular. We overlooked both the pool and the ocean. I highly recommend both Braemar and Century 21. We will definitely be returning this summer.
It was a pleasure to stay right on the beach! We could hear the ocean waves in the rooms. Even with the sliding doors closed. Great location it is close to everything. Wish the outdoor pool was heated. Nice to stay at a property where you can meet the person you made the reservation with. Barbie was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had.
