The Braemar Towers is an oceanfront condominium located on 131st Street and Coastal Highway. Enjoy all of the amenities of the Braemar, including an outdoor pool and sundeck, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a game room and a fitness center. Access to a private beach locker is provided with this rental. Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)! Unit 1512 Braemar is located in the South Tower facing South and has a stunning view of both the ocean and the bay. This condo has been completely redone with furniture, paint, remodeled kitchen and remodeled baths. Enjoy all the Braemar has to offer in the gorgeous condo. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a double and a single bed and there is a brand new sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked so all you will need to bring is your food. 3 flat screen smart TV's for streaming, . Free WIFI! This unit does not provide cable or satellite but you will be able to stream all your favorite shows. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. Sleeps 6, Sorry No Pets.

The condo was beautifully decorated and had a good view of the beach. The only concerns we has were no spatula and the air conditioning did not work very well in the master bedroom so it got warm. However I would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. Our unit was great. The only down side was the wifi was spotty. My son had to work from the OC library instead of our unit which was an inconvenience and limited his flexibility. Also we couldn't use the TV because we don't have direct TV ourselves.

We had a great experience. The unit was very clean and in great condition. The condo was recently updated and beautifully decorated which made it feel like we were at home. Location was great, being right by the beach was so convenient and there were plenty of activities nearby. The views were amazing, being able to sit and watch the sunset over the bay, the waves on the beach, and the foxes in the dunes all from the balcony. We will be renting again!
