Braemar Towers 1810 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 8th floor of the south tower. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher (updated fall of 2022), a washer/dryer, central air, 2 flat-screen TV’s , and free WiFi. Limit of 4 people. There is parking for 1 vehicle. This property rents from Saturday to Saturday only. Access to a private beach locker is provided with this rental.

Been coming to the Braemar for over 30 years. Can't beat the location and views. Our room was in very good shape and very clean. Check-in process is getting better but still not as good as it used to be. With a check-out time of 10:00 AM you should be able to get into your room by 2:00 PM.

My family and I had an amazing time at Braemar Towers! Check in was easy being right there at the condo. Having access to a dolly and elevators made getting our stuff to and from our rooms easy as well.
The view was beautiful from the balcony. The room was clean and I will forever get the linen package.
We will definitely book again at the same place (and hopefully same condo) next year.

Room was in good shape, nicely decorated, and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The view was excellent!
Century 21 staff was very friendly. Just wish we could get into our room before 3PM....

Had a great vacation at the braemar towers 1810 once again. Easy check in and the room was all set when we got there.
Even though we were there last year, still amazed with the view we had from the balcony.
We definitely will book again for next year!
