Overall the place was good for what we needed. The air conditioning in the living room was not totally cooling properly but it was not overly hot out. The floors could have been a little cleaner. The location was perfect and the staff was super nice.

unit was not clean floors were very dirty lights bulb in main bathroom did not work light bulb under hood fan over stove did not work everthing needs to be updated ,nasty rental for the price will not stay there again or recommend to any one. they texted me and said we could check in early before 3:oclock i know now why ,,unit had never been clean

This is our 4th time at this rental and we have never had any issues. We always have a great time and the location is unbeatable.

This unit is great. Right off the beach and has everything you need. We have stayed a few years now and look forward to our next stay.

The only thing this place has going for itself is the location.
The condo was extremely filthy upon check in. The shower curtain was beyond disgusting that we ended up replacing it. We spent the first check in day cleaning.
The condo could also use some updating.

This was a great unit. I love that it had a washer and dryer so no laundry when getting back home. The view was beautiful and it was also a plus there was an elevator in the building for carrying up our luggage. The air conditioners were also very cooling and it had all the amenities anyone would need. The staff at check in were also very nice and helpful. I am hoping to stay here next year!! This may be our new place to stay year after year!!

The condo was great, everything in working order and the balcony people would "die for". Would go again!

Making reservation, check in, check out all done professionally and friendly. We had a few minor problems-internet wasn't working, lock was broken. Both were addressed and handled promptly and professionally. Great location, close to bus stops, convenience store, restaurants. Beautiful view of beach and ocean! I would highly recommend this rental and Century 21!

The week after Labor Day is the greatest! We enjoyed the less crowded beach and traffic, although we were there for bike week which was a little hectic at times but fun to see.
