The Quay Condominium is conveniently located near shopping and grocery stores. It offers many amenities for guests including indoor and outdoor heated pools, sundeck, picnic tables, tennis, two saunas, game room with pool table and pinball, and onsite security. Unit 1005 is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 color TV's, and Free WIFI! (living room and master bedroom have cable and second bedroom has DVD player and can be used for streaming). The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two singles and the living room has a new sleep sofa in June of 2023. New paint, sleep sofa and love seat for 2023. Parking for one car with a fee of $10 per day or $50 per week paid to the Quay at check in. This unit offers Flex Stays for your convenience. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. Sleeps 6. Sorry, No Pets.

Everything was great with this property. The cleanliness when we arrived exceeded my expectations. The main bath shower (quoting my husband)was “superior “ “let”s book this room again”. The staff at Century 21 were great also.

The Quay is one of our favorite places to stay. This unit was very nice except the master bath needs a remodel. The Century 21 staff responded promptly to issues with the blinds and the TV. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely rent with them again.

For the location and price we would consider renting this unit again. The decor was a bit dated but the new couch was a nice addition. It was great to have pool access so we could dip in the pool at the end of the day. It would have been nice to use the gym, but understood this was not an amenity for renters.

We had a great time at Quay 1005 and would definitely rent it again. Bright and cheerful,clean,and nicely decorated. Thank you for sharing your condo with my husband and myself.
Loved the condo would rent again very clean beds nice only negative nite was the two bathroom door were hard to open other than that very nice comfortable clean condo.
