Sea Watch 714 is a 2 bedroom plus den, two bathroom condo located on the 7th floor on the north side of the building.
There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, a queen sleep sofa in the den, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 TV’s, 1 DVD player, and free WiFi. Limit of 6 people. Parking: Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $65.00 (cash or credit) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. We had a wonderful time. This unit is great. It had everything we needed, the beds were great, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the furniture was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo offered so so much more than I thought. The amenities throughout the building were perfect for all of our children and family. On days where we needed a break from the chai of water parks and boardwalks, there were pools, movie theater, arcades and close, easy beach access. The layout was wonderful within the condo, we have already requested our stay for next year!

We really enjoy staying at the sea watch! My kids love going to get ice cream in the lobby store. And just the open lobby area is fantastic. We love that there’s an indoor & outdoor pool. The private recreational area is really nice for just the sea Watch guests. And having our own private mini movie theater was awesome. Our room was great. Kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to make any meal. The bedrooms were nice but it was strange that there were no pillows for the beds. The balcony had a great view was plenty of room to sit outside.

We love Sea Watch and it’s amenities , we have stayed at Sea Watch multiple times. The management company was professional and very nice. However I would not stay in unit 714 again. I find that owner to be unprofessional and does the bare minimum to have the property ready to go. This are all inconveniences that you don’t want to deal with while on vacation . 1. Deadbolt was locked had to call to get it unlocked. 2. Came back from the beach and a maintenance person was in our condo with no notification to us. Also that person is not wearing a mask said that he was told by the owner to have worked it was Sunday. Very unprofessional. 3. The TV in the bedroom the satellite box does not work, another inconvenience.
Love the Sea Watch. Super family friendly. Condo was clean, beds comfortable, sofas comfortable. Wished we had some toiletries preset in the room. IE 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dishwasher soap or washer soap. I always bring my own but 1 would help just in case I forgot one.
