Sea Watch 1118 is a 2 bedroom plus den, two bathroom condo located on the 11th floor on the south side of the building. There is a new king bed in the primary bedroom, a full bed, with new mattress, and bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the den. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat-screen TV's, 1 DVD & Blu-ray player and free WiFi. Limit of 6 people. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks Saturday to Saturday. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $55.00 (cash) or $60.00 (credit card) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30.

Great vacational rental!! Only down fall is no kitchen table only bar stools. To make up for the table there could be a table and chairs on the balcony. Not very safe plastic chairs to sit on out there. Overall we had a great time.

Cute unit but a little dated. Great view of beach from balcony. This would be a good unit if you’re bringing several children, as 2nd bedroom has plenty of beds for kids; however, the double mattress on lower tower bunk was very uncomfortable and needs replaced (my adult daughter slept there). Den with sofa bed is smack in front as you come in unit door, not sure if I’d want to be the one sleeping there. Kitchen could use a general tidy up, as there are various cups & miscellaneous things left by other guests in drawers & cupboards (not dirty, just cluttered). Unit was very clean upon our arrival. I chose this unit based on photos, beach view, and price. Would definitely stay here again if I knew double mattress in 2nd bedroom had been replaced. I traveled with my adult daughter. Third time staying at Seawatch & using Century 21. Great service from C21 as always!!

We have been staying at the Sea Watch through Century 21 for 15 years and unit 1118 has been one of the best units we've stayed in. Nobody ran out of hot water, the unit was clean and meticulously taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised.
We have been staying at seawatch for many years. We were a little disappointed with our rental this time. There was no kitchen size garbage can in kitchen, only a very small one. No garbage can in 2nd bathroom. There was only a very small table on patio to place drinks on, which belonged in the trash since it was so dirty.
