Sea Watch 1313 is a 2 bedroom plus enclosed den, two bathroom condo located on the 13th floor on the south side of the building. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, queen in the guest bedroom, 2 twin in the den, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat screen TV’s, 2 DVD players, and WiFi. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $55.00 (cash) or $60.00 (credit card) per vehicle from May 1 through September 30.

Sea Watch Always Provides a Good Vacation

This is the first year we booked through Century 21 New Horizons. We were very pleased with the ease of check-in and the office staff couldn't have been nicer. The condo itself is in good condition. It could use a new dishwasher (it's so loud!) and maybe an upgrade in bedding. The kitchen was adequately supplied and the washer and dryer were new and we used them several times during the week. The complex itself has everything you need for a vacation: 3 pools, a big playground that was upgraded since last year, tennis courts and other amenities. The Sea Watch is convenient all everything that Ocean City offers. We will definitely stay at the Sea Watch again.

Fantastic condo! The only issue was the blinds in the primary bedroom and the tube in the guest bathroom took forever to drain. We would definitely stay there again!

We love staying at the Sea Watch. The amenities are great for a family and the location can’t be beat. The building lobbies and courtyard is very well kept. Check in on Saturday is a nightmare and the elevators can be slow but the rest of the week isn’t an issue. This condo unit had a great view of the ocean and bay, so you can catch sunrises and sunsets without leaving the building. Overall, the unit was ok. It definitely needs some updates like new carpet, the mattresses were older but had foam toppers and we slept fine. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed, though we didn’t cook much. The laundry room had brand new washer and dryer.

Repairs were being done in the original unit that I booked, I was able to be placed in another unit so we were still able to enjoy your vacation. This was my third time staying in this building and I will definitely be back again
