Having a washer and dryer in my rental unit for vacation is a necessity to me. I will not stay in a condo without a washer and dryer. In July 2023, I called Century 21 several times because the washing machine continued to overflow. water covered the kitchen and hallway. I used all of our towels to clean up the water. Maintenance came out one time but could not fix the issue. Each time I washed clothes, I had to stay home while the family went out because I had to ensure the washing machine did not overflow. After many times of continual overflowing, we had to buy new beach and bathroom towels as well as go to the laundromat several times. I was tired of staying home and missing out on time with my family. When my wife and I went to Centry 21 to speak to the manager in person, we were spoken to very rudely by one of the employees at the desk. She told us very loudly and abruptly that we could check out and stay somewhere else. Apparently, ME SPENDING TIME with MY FAMILY on our vacation was not important to Century 21. And the employee did not care that the continual overflowing of the washing machine could ruin the condos beneath our unit. The employee told us that was the owner's problem, and their insurance would have to pay for it.

We liked the location of this condo, so I called Centry 21 New Horizon prior to booking the condo this year (July 2024) and was told that the washing machine issue had been fixed. Well, my very first day, as I began washing clothes, the washing machine began to overflow AGAIN! This condo is on the 3rd floor, if we were not at home, the water would have continued to run and ruin this condo and all condos underneath. We went to Century 21 several times. Everyone we spoke to gave us different information. One said they were not aware of the issue; another said it had been an ongoing issue. We were reimbursed $175 in 2024 but were not reimbursed any money in 2023. I do not recommend using Centry 21. They still owe us a refund for

Overall Good. Minor issues. Shower drains need to be snaked. Very low pressure on shower heads.

We loved this unit! It was a perfect size for our family of 5. Everyone had their own space. Super close to so much and right across the street from Big Peckers. It was an extremely short walk to the beach. Main bedroom’s queen bed was a bit hard and there should be a path to the outdoor rinsing area. Will definitely book for this unit again!

Our rental was perfect ! We loved the view of the beach, how spacious it was inside and how clean it was upon arrival !

Great location steps from the beach! Great view from balcony. Some cleaning issues at arrival, but agency took care of in à Quick matter of time.

fine You have to climb up three flights of stairs.

Love the place and the location. Second time staying there. Only downfall is the parking. My vehicle is to big to fit under the parking. Would be nice to access it another way.
