Six by the Sea 3

This was our second time staying here, and we had another wonderful week! The location truly can't be 's one of the main reasons we came back. The condo was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed. We did have a little trouble getting the Wi-Fi connected on our devices, but the owner and management company were incredibly responsive and helped us right away, which we really appreciated.

If I could suggest a couple of improvements, the kitchen could use a bit of an update, particularly the run of cabinets and the small oven/stove, especially for longer stays.

The only significant downside for us was the bed. It's extremely firm, and after a week, it became pretty uncomfortable. My back was still hurting after we got home. If we stay again—and we'd absolutely consider it—I would honestly bring a mattress topper or mattress pad to make it more comfortable.

Overall, we really love this place. We'd definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to others.

We loved staying in this condo just steps from the beach and it was ideal for our family of four and a very significant other. Very clean, lovely beachy decor, living room furniture seemed new, paint on the walls was a light, beachy neutral (we all liked calling it “seafoam”), and the flooring also seemed to be a new LVP in gray. The kitchen was quite inviting and the fridge and freezer seemed quite new although the cabinets, countertops and stove/oven could perhaps be updated next when funds allow. Everything worked well and we are in a lot and utilized one of the grills out back that was there for our use. The shower was very roomy though the bathroom is a little tight and there is also a toilet in the corner of the master bedroom, so not exactly 1 1/2 baths, but it came in handy several times with 5 of us. The pull out couch was comfy and we all had an enjoyable, very relaxing time. Look forward to staying there again.

Overall we had a great stay. We had a two small maintenance issues and the property management company took care of both quickly. The unit is not 1 1/2 baths; the web pictures are accurate - an extra toilet in the bedroom.

Nice property & so close to the beach & the convenience of mid-town. Easy close walk to the beach & near some good restaurants & a convenience store.
