It sufficed but the unit just needs badly upgraded. Furniture was dingy and stained badly, coffee table looks bad, there was litrelly no living room lamps, the plumbing in master bathroom is leaking horribly and the handle is ready to fall off, we found some food on the floor when looking for outlets, not enough outlets in a day of endless electronics, screen door was broken, master bathroom had a strong pee smell, shower curtain moldy, and there were people smoking all around us and smoke infiltrating the room and we like leaving the sliding door open. So I apologize for such a review but calling it how it was. I know it wasnt the most expensive unit but no excuse for some of these issues.

Dealing with Century 21 was pleasant and helpful.

Loved this place !! From the very beginning this was a fantastic rental experience. The folks I spoke with at Century 21 were amazing. They were as excited for us to come to Ocean City as we were to come. The view from the rental was fantastic. And the size of the balcony was great. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Furniture may have been a little outdated, but it certainly did not affect our trip for our comfort. The pool was great and was used by quite a few people. The shower for rinsing off when coming back from the beach was very nice. Easily accessible parking was great overall it was a fantastic stay through Century 21.

The unit was clean but a bit dated. The washer, dryer, and refrigerator were very nice. The dishwasher didn’t clean well, but I don’t mind hand washing. I would recommend bringing a pan or two, since the ones there are warped. We didn’t realize there was no toaster or toaster oven. I guess if you plan on eating out a lot it doesn’t matter, but my husband likes to cook. The view from the condo was amazing. Access to the beach was very easy, especially appreciated as my husband has some mobility issues. The pool is very nice and clean. The residents are nice and friendly . You can hear the ocean in the condo, which is a big plus for me. There is no WI-FI, but that didn’t matter to us. One big drawback is the master bedroom shower: the shower was only a dribble while the tub faucet ran at the same time . No way to switch to shower mode. All in all, we would stay here again for the great views, the cleanliness, the pool, and the great access to the beach .

Great location, unit needs some TLC. 40 year old toilets need to be changed, need beachy things on walls other than that very good unit.

The views from the living/dining room are incredible. But this unit needs some serious work. The master bedroom bath/shower merely drizzled from the faucet AND the shower head, with no way to chose just one . Both toilet seats were well worn with wood showing through; honestly how much is it to replace the toilet seats ? The kitchen cabinets were cheap and wobbly , as was the bedrooms furniture. The carpeting was extremely worn and stained. On the plus side, the unit was clean except for the blood stains on the master bedroom pillow sham. The kitchen lacked a toaster or toaster oven ; the pans were in awful condition and need to be replaced. The refrigerator, stove and microwave were fine, as are the washer and dryer . There is no Wi-Fi. The pool is clean and refreshing. Parking is adequate with 2 spaces. Beware: there are no luggage carts so just be sure to bring something unless you don’t mind many trips up and down the elevator . Residents are friendly and quiet . Overall a nice place but I don’t think I’d rent here again

Condo/pool was nice and clean, perfect for our needs.Loved the big balcony facing the ocean.We always take a wagon,so not having luggage carts wasn't a big deal. Would definitely stay there again.Thanks for being a wonderful part of our vacation!

The only negative that we have is......a luggage cart to use to transport to our unit

This was a great week in our rental from Century 21. They made it really easy & affordable with not a bunch of added fees.

This condo is in good repair- nice appliances- and was clean upon arrival. We had a good stay at this condo, but it is ‘very basic’ with amenities. A trip to a convenience store is an early must! It misses many of the ‘comfy/homey’ items such as ‘beachy’ decorations, a key ring holder, and enough living room seating for 6. Basics such as a clock, cups/ mugs and plates for at least 4 with some kid-friendly table service, - (there were tons of serving utensils)-a hand mixer, serving/baking/storage ware, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, complementary paper towels, dishwashing liquid/pods, baggies,etc- the ‘small things’- would make the unit more welcoming. The Century 21 staff is very easy to work with.
