The Century I Condominium is an oceanfront building on 99th Street and Coastal Highway.  All condominium units are oceanfront split-level townhouses with beautiful ocean and bay views.  Every unit features an oceanfront balcony.  Enjoy all of the amenities of the Century I, including an enclosed pool, large oceanfront sundeck, a health club with a sauna, high-speed elevators, and free WiFi for all registered guests, accessible from all units.  Just a few blocks away is a large grocery store, discount department store, and some excellent restaurants, whether you’re looking for fine dining or just a quick bite!  No smoking and no pets.  Parking for 1 car upon payment of the $30 Building Registration Fee (cash or credit).  If needed, you can purchase 2nd car parking spaces on a first-come-first-served basis for $10 a day or $50 a week.  Additional parking is also available in the Municipal Parking Lot directly across the street, also for $10 a day or $50 a week.
