Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, you don’t need to leave your balcony to watch the weekly fireworks in the summer… and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)!
Braemar Towers 807 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo located on the 8th floor of the north tower. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, and 2 TV’s and free WIFI. Limit of 4 people. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. This property rents from Saturday to Saturday only. (Psssst… you’re also right across the street from The Crab Bag, voted Ocean City’s best crabs year after year!) The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included.

Nice overall. Not enough pots and pans in the kitchen, so we borrowed a pan from our friends for the week. Also, no assigned parking space.
The unit was clean and organized. I enjoyed my stay and would stay in the same unit again or another unit in the building.
Areas of Improvement:
1. Family Room Remote Control sound not working correctly.
2. Unfortunately I locked myself out of the unit which is my fault but the response time was totally unacceptable. The individual that arrived was very nice and helpful. I learned the primary on-call person never responded to my emergency. I told the operator that I may have left a boiling pot of water on the stove and someone needed to respond ASAP. The response time was totally unacceptable.
