This three bedroom, 2 bath condo is decorated beautifully and waiting for you to enjoy your vacation. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of extras including both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, air fryer toaster oven, ice cream maker and even an instant pot. This condo comes equipped with 4 flat screen smart TV's (there is not cable but there is a firestick), free WIFI. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has a Pyramid bunk bed (Single/double/single). New refrigerator, dishwasher and living room furniture for 2023. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 8 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. For our needs the condo was a perfect location. Booked based on sleeping for 9, however, prior to check in I confirmed this was then told it only sleeps 8. Found an air mattress under the bed of master which would have permitted sleeping of 9, although air mattress is not an ideal sleeping option for an adult. Description error was corrected on the rental site. Cleanliness was a small issue in this condo. Master bath shower had a significant amount of black mold on the sliding door. I easily cleaned this with the cleaning supplies provided. Ceilings and ceiling fans in bedrooms need to be vacuumed due to noticeable dust. At time of booking I confirmed linens were included. Week prior to check in was told they were not because we were not there a full week. We packed linens, yet clean linens were delivered anyway. Since some were traveling on motorcycles it would have been nice to have a clear understanding of the linen situation. We never even opened the linen from the linen service. Master bedroom had used fitted sheet on the bed at check in, which was odd. Master bedroom closet door not installed and off track. Quick response from rental agency and this was corrected first day of our stay. Overall a lovely condo, great location for our needs during BikeFest. Would just recommend the cleaning issue be addressed.

Very good. The rental was as shown. No thrills with the place, but staying in this building all the layouts in 4100 are great. Plus: Solid table to eat crabs, flooring perfect for a beach rental, location great, pool/beach/crabs/pizza/Rita's all steps from the unit. Negatives: 1. Place is on Coastal Hwy. So if you're a light sleeper find another place in the summer. 2. Place does not have basic cable and relies on smart tvs. For my generation we can get by for a week. Not having the O's games and figuring out how to sign up for the masn app and watching it on a Ipad was not ideal. The grandparents just want to watch normal tv. 3. Mattresses in the mbed needs replaced and I would give the overall furnishings of the place C+ (not great and not bad). Put your youngest/lightest in the top bunk. Also please ask the cleaning staff to dust the ceiling fans 1-2 times a year.
