Braemar Towers 1014

After a 13 year hiatus our family renewed its tradition of spending a week in Ocean City by introducing the next generation (grandchildren) to its wonders. The towers provided scenic views, wonderful ocean frontage and accommodations that exceeded our expectations. We plan on returning annually.

Booking was a breeze with Century 21. They responded quickly to my interest inquiry and we booked shortly after. We are two families so need plenty of space. It isn’t easy to find in Ocean City so this unit is a gem. Prior to arrival, I called Century 21 to ask questions about the parking and checking in procedures. The young lady I spoke with happily answered all my questions and let me know that if we arrived earlier than the check-in time, we were welcome to come by to see if the unit was ready. We would be permitted to move in if unit was ready. Much different than our last few years with another company where our unit wasn’t ready until after check-in time!

Braemar 1014 is a dream vacation spot! We were greeted with a sweet welcome gift bag from the owners that contained necessities to hold us over until we were able to go shopping. Such a thoughtful touch! The owners also have QR codes around the unit leading to their website giving more unit and building info!
The pictures are accurate showing the elegant touches throughout along with the stunning views! Our family fit perfectly into the five bedrooms - 2 couples, a few teens and a few little ones. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are updated and work well. Master #2 does only have a half bath but we made it work and I can’t even complain because everything else is literally perfect.

We will absolutely be back, possibly year after year if we are able! Thank you to Adam, Sue, Kathleen for opening your gorgeous home and to the lovely ladies in the Braemar Century 21 office for responding to our every need!

Perfect condo for a big group. The extra amenities were amazing as well - they got us started with a welcome bag of some paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods, and a beach towel! Most OCMD places leave the place empty for you. They also had hand soap and plenty of dishes and utensils. They provided access to their beach locker which included lots of beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys. Two parking spots, a pool, AND arcade rounded out the amenities. We would stay here again! Only one note - the cleaning person was there til 4 or 5 on Saturday, which was in our agreement, but there were some spots she missed. And when we left at 10:10am the following Saturday - no one was there cleaning yet, so maybe they should come right at 10?

Our condo at Braemar Towers was beautiful and perfect for our family. It was very clean and well appointed. We all loved sitting on the oceanfront balcony watching the waves. The beach was easy to get to and the pool was wonderful. It’s a great location and a bonus was seeing the fireworks right from our balcony. Barbie in the Century 21 office was a pleasure to deal with and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. Definitely recommend them.
