The Braemar Towers is an oceanfront condominium located on 131st Street and Coastal Highway. Enjoy all of the amenities of the Braemar, including an outdoor pool and sundeck, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a game room and a fitness center. Access to a private beach locker is provided with this rental. Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)! Unit 1712 Braemar is located in the South Tower facing South and has a stunning view of both the ocean and the bay. Enjoy all the Braemar has to offer in this two bedroom two bath condo. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked so all you will need to bring is your food. 3 flat screen smart TV's for streaming, . Free WIFI! This unit has Cable TV including MASN. Sleeps 6, Sorry No Pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. There is a $75 Common Area Usage Fee for reservations up to a week (Credit cards accepted, NO CASH). We have been coming to the Braemar for my entire life. 40+ years. This unit had everything you could want and everything that you need. Everything wad thought of. The beach chairs were luxurious, the beds were actually comfortable, the kitchen had wonderful pots and knives and enough dishware for more than 6 people. There were even spare batteries in case the remote runs out juice. AND linens were included!! These owners should give a clinic to other owners on how to run a rental. WOW!! Thank you for a great vacation rental. We will be back!
