Ocean Place is located on 145th Street, on the oceanfront. Unit 520 is situated on the North side of the building. Ocean Place is a well sought after building, as you’ll get to witness the sun-kissed waves in the morning as and gorgeous sunsets in the evening ! Ocean Place 520 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ocean view condo on the 5th floor. This side unit boasts amazing panoramic views of the beach and the bay, featuring a large balcony which makes this lovely a vacation home. There is a full kitchen (New for 2025), central air conditioning, washer/dryer, 3 smart flat screen TV's, free WiFi, owner leaves beach chairs, misc beach toys, nets and hooks for crabbing, and parking for 2 cars. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom, and a full sized sleep sofa in the living room. 3The building has an elevator and a great outdoor pool. No pets. There is no smoking or vaping in the building or balcony. This regulation will be strictly enforced. Limit of 6 people.. Limit of 6 people. We had a great time at the condo. I was a bit worried when I reserved it but it was a last minute trip and there was very little left oceanfront. We were pleasantly surprised with the condo. The pictures looked pretty drab but it was cute and worked well for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked and there are even beach chairs, an umbrella (we didn't use that), beach blanket and boogie boards. We actually left 2 more new boogie boards for others to enjoy. We loved the quick drives to Bethany Beach and Rehoboth. They were actually quicker than driving down to the boardwalk. If you are looking for a relaxing beach stay, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo! The only thing I would mention that the pool has an attendant and is only open 11am-7pm.

Our place is a great stay....the view keeps taking out to the patio! Easy walking for food and ice cream! Comfortable and worth the stay!
We have stayed in Ocean Place in different units for several years now. This was the best unit yet. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. We had some very windy and rainy weather during our stay (hello Hurricane Erin!), and you could not hear a thing inside. The kitchen has been remodeled, so it is nicer than the pictures. The unit is laid out well, and the balcony has views from bay to ocean. Only things I would add are curtains on the bedroom windows and a less springy queen bed. We will definitely stay again!
