Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, you don’t need to leave your balcony to watch the weekly fireworks in the summer… and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)!
This three bedroom, two bath direct oceanfront condo is located on the 2nd floor of the north tower. There is a king bed in the main bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom , a king bed in the third bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy beautiful ocean and beach views from the oceanfront balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 4 TV’s, and free WIFI. Includes a storage locker downstairs to store your beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. Limit of eight people. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. There is parking for 1 vehicle. CONTROL#0031544

From start to finish, the Century 21 New Horizon representatives were very helpful. The condo was very comfortable overall, MBR mattress was sagging on left side/too soft and front MBR mattress was too soft. Condo has great view of the ocean/beach and well decorated. It maybe could use more cereal bowls and basic silverware. Also MBR bathroom could use some updates on interior design, new toilet and seat. But overall great value for an oceanfront property.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Plenty of room and seating. Some areas have been updated. Recommend using bug spray while on the balcony.

213 is a lovely condo with beautiful ocean views! There is plenty of patio furniture and the indoor furniture is in good condition. The kitchen is also well stocked and the office staff are very professional. There is not carpet in the main living area, which I LOVE! The unit had been cleaned, however the master shower had significant mold in the grout. I get it, it's the beach and it's muggy, but for the money, our unit should have been mold free. I purchased spray bleach from Food Lion and sprayed the entire shower so that took care of the problem, but I think that should be the cleaning company's job, not the renter's. We've stayed in the Braemar for the past 10 years and we love the location. Lots to do and plenty of places to eat. I hope the mold issue is isolated, I would recommend the Braemar.
