So impressed with the rental unit except for the steps I had to handicaps with me other than that it was super thank you

Loved our stay at Columbus Villa! The location was perfect for walking the boardwalk and the beach is lifeguarded.
The apartment is recently renovated with a great kitchen, but the charm and quirkiness has been kept intact. It was clean enough, the beds are very comfortable, and having parking for 2 cars is invaluable. The front porch is so nice, with new, high quality pub table and plenty of chairs.
I don't know what the linen package includes, but know if you don't buy it, you'll need to bring anything fabric (bed linens, towels, bath mat, dish towels and cloth, etc.). There is no dish soap, or any cleaning supply, no coffee filters, leftover containers, bring your own, and don't forget the toilet paper!
It's a little noisy at night, but you're on the boardwalk, and at the beach, so it's worth it!
We would definitely rent this place again.

Prime Location, easy access to beach, shops and boardwalk

This ocean/boardwalk front beach home started as our vacation spot in unit 107 and has progressed to us renting all 3 units as our family has grown. It is a classic, recently updated, historic Ocean City property with everything you need for a wonderful family vacation.

It's a nice place and good location. Upon arrival the bathrooms needed to be cleaned and dish washer needed run through with dirty dishes in it. Otherwise everything else was fine.

We had a wonderful vacation. The location is fairly close to everything we need with parking at the site and right on the boards. Weve enjoyed this place several times and always are excited for our next visit.

We have stayed at the Columbus Villa for 27 years. Originally we stayed in unit 108 and now we stay in 107, 108 and 109 with our 21 member family. This boardwal/beachfront home is the perfect place for multi generational families to be together and experience a classic OC stay with ease. Access to all the boardwalk has to offer and the massive decks in an atmosphere that is accommodating to children has provided everything we have needed for 4 generations of enjoyment.

Best view/deck on the Ocean City Boardwalk
