Just walk out of your bedroom onto a large common balcony only shared by one other unit. New paint, mattresses and bedding for 2023 and new expanded kitchen for 2024. Parking for 2 cars. Sleeps 7. Our extended family has rented this unit and 107 for the past 25+ yrs. We were able to add 109 upstairs to our rental week this yr. We CANNOT wait to do the same in July 2024 and beyond. You made it possible to add many new family memories for all of us.

We had such a great time staying at this rental this year at Ocean City. The deck had such a great view of the ocean and the boardwalk. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for me and my family. Would definitely book this place again on future trips to OC.
Have stayed here for many years.Loved the new kitchen! Have made many wonderful memories of Ocean City in this building.Love the location! I've read negative reviews about it but for me I don't need new and 's all about the deck, boardwalk and beach.
