Get all the conveniences of home during your Ocean City vacation. The condo boasts a private bedroom with queen size bed, TV and closet. The main space is kitchen/living/dining. The full kitchen (which also includes small dishwasher), granite island with 4 stools, bunks for 2 kids/teens and a queen size coddle couch which sleeps 2 more guests. Also find a 55 inch TV and console table with seating for 2. The full bath with tub has double sinks and the convenience of a stacked washer/dryer.
Park in your assigned parking spot in the Decatur House lot across Baltimore Avenue. Load and unload in 20 minute parking right behind your condo.
Unit 102 is located on the ground floor located on the South side of the building. Available for 3 night rentals from March through May 22, 4 night rentals from May 23 through June 28, 7day rentals from June 29 through August 16 and 3 night rentals from August 17 through October 31. Complete flexibility on check in day, pick the check in day that works for you. Owner supplies linens.

Virginia was the sweetest most helpful host! We were already in OC and decided to stay longer at the last minute, and Virginia's place was available. She was immediately responsive. We were there celebrating my son's six birthday and wanted to stay somewhere close to the boardwalk. She recommended a place to get an ice cream cake and where to go to get balloons, as well as offered to pick them up for us! She was so kind and helpful with anything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at Virginia's place! Even after we left, my friend was interested in where she got the couch and she sent us the link. The neighbor's at the store next to the condo also spoke very highly of her!Definitely an extraordinary lady!

Great place to stay!
Great location. Main room with kitchen, pull out sofa and bunk beds are tightly spaced together. Other than that every thing was great.Reserved parking space was good. Just seconds walk from boardwalk / beach. Easy to wake up, see the beautiful sun rise and go back to sleep if you want. Walkable to inlet on the boardwalk.
