Golden Surf is located on 81st Street, on the oceanfront. Just the name makes us want to stay here and never leave, as you’ll get to witness the sun-kissed waves in the morning as the sun rises right before you. You are also located near many great restaurants, whether you're looking for a quick bite or some great seafood. Dunkin Donuts is right across the street, and Fractured Prune just a block away, for those morning cravings of coffee and donuts. Grab lunch just up the road at Ropewalk, while dining outside on the bay or sitting inside under the cool air conditioning. Come time for dinner, you can enjoy the sophisticated fare at Hooked or grab some hot steamed crabs from Victoria’s to enjoy on your oceanfront balcony! Golden Surf 203 is a 1 bedroom, 1 and a half bath, direct oceanfront condo on the 2nd floor. This end unit boasts amazing panoramic views of the beach and the bay, featuring plenty of windows to enjoy those views even when inside this lovely vacation home. There is a full kitchen, central air conditioning, free WiFi and parking for 2 cars. There is a 2 queen beds in the bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The building has an elevator. No pets. There is no smoking or vaping in the building or balcony. This regulation will be strictly enforced. Limit of 6 people.. Limit of 6 people. During the peak season, this property rents for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. This was the second or third time I'vs stayed in this condo. I love everything about it- the location, comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. A lot of condos I've styed in don't have very comfortable living room furniture which is important if you're not on the beach ALL day, lol. And being on the second floor, so close to the beach makes you feel like you're right there if you're not feeling it.

The place was possibly the cleanest place I’ve ever vacationed in with my family. The location was perfect, parking was adequate and the view and access to the beach was perfect. Definitely will stay there again.

This was the nicest condo we’ve at stayed at in 28 years. Clean, equipped, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The furniture was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the deck furniture was wonderful. We had a wonderful week. Everything we could need was provided. 20+ years coming to OCMD. Stayed at The Tower, Century One, the Pyramid, and many stays at Golden Sands. This by far is the nicest condo we have stayed at. There is no pool, activity centers, music, events, etc. if you are looking for that. If you simply want to come to the beach, have peace and quiet, relax, this is the place. I don't think you can get any closewr to the beach, and this unit has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We will definitely come back.

I booked this unit for a late summer early fall getaway and it was perfect. The crowds were gone, lots of good eateries nearby, sitting on the balcony with an unobstructed view of the ocean,sunrises and sunsets was the best!

Better than expected. I rented last minute and only wanted a long weekend during peak season. The room was great! Clean, well-stocked and perfect location. We ended up staying an extra day. Only wish there was a second TV in the bedroom.

The condo was well appointed, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was full of cooking requirements. The balcony had 2 very nice raised chairs with a table that made the view wonderful all day long along with a folding recliner that i didn't get to enjoy as my wife spent a great deal of time there. The location of this condo is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and local shops. Underground parking close to the elevator was extremely convenient.
