Even Keel #504 is a direct oceanfront condo on 76th street, conveniently located in midtown Ocean City. It is an end unit on the 5th floor with beautiful views of the beach, ocean, and bay.
The master bedroom and living room both walk out to the oceanfront balcony. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been remodeled. There’s a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, and microwave. There are two flat screen TV’s in the condo; one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, there are two twin size beds in the second bedroom, and the living room has a queen sleep sofa. There is even a wood-burning fireplace in the living room for those cozy fall and winter nights! And, of course, there is free WIFI in the condo so everyone can connect their gadgets to share your wonderful vacation photos with your family & friends while you’re away. Limit of 6 people. Sorry, but no smoking is allowed in the condo, and pets are prohibited as well. There is parking for 2 vehicles.
This property rents for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is quick and easy at our Main Office, located on 86th Street. Check-in time is Saturday at 3PM, and check-out time is the following Saturday at 10AM. CONTROL#0007323

Even keel 504 is always welcoming when we walk in! View of the ocean as you walk through the front door into a well kept spacious condo.Perfect location to do anything,with a quiet beach outside your door.Always our favorite week of the year!

This is our 2nd year in a row that we have stayed in this unit. Check in was simple, parking is great, unit is in good shape. There were some ants but that’s anywhere with rainy weather like we’ve had. Nothing that would turn us away. The view from the balcony cannot be beat! We look forward to this trip every summer.

We have been coming to Ocean City for 4 years now. This has been our favorite spot. The rental was ready on time. It was clean as I expected. The furniture was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets if needed. The kitchen had everything we could need for our meals. We make almost all of them in the unit. The buttons on the dishwasher are worn but it worked just fine. Having a washer and dryer allows us to pack less and just do a load in the evenings while we were relaxing on the balcony. I feel this is a great location being in mid town and easy to get to everything you could need.

I stayed in this condo for the second time. It was great just like my last vacation. My husband joined me this time along with our granddaughter , and they both loved it ! This condo is a great vacation spot! This owner was extremely considerate of the covid situation , and allowed me to carry my deposit over to the next year because of quarantine , can't thank him enough! Thanks for another great stay! I have stayed in oc 5 other times, and this by far was the nicest condo I stayed in! The owner has put much thought and care into making sure your vacation stay is comfortable . Very clean and spacious. Being on 76th street is great location . Not to far from boardwalk , but far enough that area isn't crowded. I will book this condo again on future trips!
